  • EYFS Sports

    Wed 27 Apr 2022 M Davis

Aqua class had a fantastic time at the RLT EYFS Multi-sports. They had the opportunity to try out lots of different sporting activities and there was some amazing concentration on some faces! As always, the children were impeccably behaved and were a credit to the school. After all the sporting fun, they had the opportunity to eat their lunch and play alongside children from the other RLT schools. A good time was had by all!

  • New Outdoor Play Equipment

    Tue 19 Apr 2022 M Davis

Our EYFS/ year 1 children are really enjoying their new outdoor play equipment!

Funds were raised by the local community in Exton village over Christmas to replace some of our more tired outdoor equipment. These funds have been used to purchase a new tricycle and new building blocks to supplement the small set we already had.

We are looking forward to being able to get out and enjoy our outside now that the weather is cheering up!

  • Happy Easter

    Fri 15 Apr 2022 M Davis

We had a fantastic end to Term 5, with our traditional 'Easter in a Day'.

We started the day with our Easter Service, which began in school before all joining together in a 'walk of witness' following a cross up to Exton church. Once there, our year 5/6 children led us through the story of Holy Week, interspersed with songs to help tell the story.

Back at school it was time for egg painting ready for egg rolling in the afternoon. The children enjoyed rolling their hard boiled eggs to see whose would travel furthest down the school hall! It was then time to go outside and hunt for Easter eggs!

What a great way to end the term!
