Class 3 (year 4, 5 and 6) attended the Rutland Music Hub Recorder Festival today to share their work learning the recorder this term.

 

The children were able to play pieces alongside other primary school children in Rutland and also meet the composer of many of the pieces they have been learning, Sarah Watts. The children were accompanied by a small band, and even got to see and hear a sousaphone!

 

As ever, behaviour was impeccable and both Mrs Almond and Miss Bevins were very impressed with the children in their musical playing.
