Are you looking for a small, but perfectly formed Primary School?

Exton & Greetham CE Primary School serves the villages of Exton and Greetham and is situated in the heart of Exton village in a picturesque, tranquil and inviting rural setting, only 2 miles from Greetham and surrounding villages. With new modern facilities and spacious grounds, this excellent environment makes it quite special; but then we believe our school is a very special place for many reasons.

Choosing the right Primary School for your child is a tremendously important decision. At Exton & Greetham CE Primary School we pride ourselves on our focus on individual learning needs and ensuring every child reaches their full potential in a warm, welcoming family environment.

We aim to achieve this by:

  • Providing a curriculum that is vibrant and creative

  • Getting to know each child as an individual and catering to individual needs

  • Providing a positive ethos that ensure that pupils are caring and respectful individuals

  • Reinforcing Christian values, and caring for others

  • Having high expectations and delivering results by supporting children to achieve

The excellent relationships and teamwork between all stakeholders make for a positive and welcoming atmosphere. All children are encouraged to develop a positive attitude towards and thirst for learning, and we aim to create experiences that will become life long memories.

The school became an academy as part of The Rutland Learning Trust, a local multi-academy trust, on March 1st 2018, having worked in partnership with the Trust for the previous 18 months. This opens up many wider opportunities to the children, including activities such as the annual RLT Music Festival and Athletics Festival.

If this is what you want for your child, look no further than Exton & Greetham CE Primary School. Come and visit our fantastic school environment, chat to the staff and pupils, tour our attractive grounds, look at the work produced by our children and learn more about the results we achieve. We think you’ll share our view that this is indeed a very special school.
