We welcomed our governor, Mrs Edward, to school today to talk to all of the children about the Jewish festival of Passover. 

Mrs Edward brought many of the things her family uses at this festival to show us. She started by telling us the story of Moses and the reasons behind the festival of Passover. We especially enjoyed hearing about all the plagues!

After this she showed is a cedar plate, and talked about what a Jewish family eat and do at the festival of Passover. We all had the opportunity to try some matza and a Jewish pudding with no flour in.
