Years 3-6 set off full of excitement for a day of athletics in Corby for the RLT KS2 Athletics Festival. There were a range of activities for the children to take part in, including field and track events. Children had the opportunity to practice their throwing and jumping skills, as well as run a variety of distances around the track. 

 

We were very proud of all the children for taking part, and doing their best. It was lovely to see children encouraging each other, and cheering others on from the stands inbetween their own events. 

 

We came away with 15 medals - not bad for the second smallest school in the trust!
