What a fantastic Harvest Festival we had this morning! All of the children did a fantastic job, sharing songs, poems and prayers and telling us a little more about the work of the Foodbank. 

 

Our youngest class, Aqua, shared work from their Science learning and from RE through two lovely songs, whilst Teal class were a little more 'modern' with a farming themed rap! Cobalt class shared lines from prayers and poems they had written. The singing, as ever, was amazing, and there was a real sense of thankfulness - which is what a Harvest Festival is all about.

 

A huge thank you to all of our parents, families and friends for their generous donations for the Rutland Foodbank. We know that the Foodbank is very busy at the moment, and so the 97 items collected will be gratefully received.
