On Thursday 29th June, we had a French day where we looked at countries across the world where they speak French. 

 

Mrs Honorez introduced the day with an assembly, before we split into mixed aged groups to experience four different activities across the morning. Mrs Davis led an activity exploring French music from African countries; Mrs Wingrove led an activity identifying French speaking countries around the world; Mrs Honorez ran a French Cafe; and Mrs Ranson played French sports outside. 

 

During the afternoon, the children returned to their classes to explore the work of a French speaking artist, creating their own artwork in response.
