Children in Need fundraising was as fun as ever!

 

This year our Children's Council took the lead - from deciding what fund raising activities we should have, to writing the letter to parents, this was truly the children's own charity fundraising. 

 

The school was bright and colourful as the children came in colourful clothes. Spare change was collected in a huge bottle, which we managed to get to 3/4 full with a grand total of £41.83. The cake sale was a huge success, with so many donations that we had plenty to sell to parents after school as well! Thank you to all those who donated either by sending in cakes, or in buying them.

 

There is more money still to come in, but our current total is £175.73, which is fantastic. Once again, I am moved by the generosity of our small school community.
