We had been asked to take part in a county project linked to the Jubilee Flotilla on the Thames in June. Rutland Sailability will be sending a boat to take part in the event, and schools throughout Rutland have been asked to contribute six flags to be added to the bunting. 
The whole school worked together for the afternoon to design our own flags, and look at how easy it was to create these using paper before using the material with which we have been provided. 
Many designs down; six have now been selected to be made using the waterproof material. Photo to follow of the finished product!
