As part of our topic on Rutland water, we have been learning all about water and bodies of water.
linked to this, we have been composing music linked to the water and today we composed stormy sea pieces using unpitched percussion, focusing on:
- using graphic scores to notate our compositions
- building tension through dynamics and texture
- choosing timbres to show calm and storm
